Science advances not only through consensus, but through things left unsaid by science. The articles and work collected here span a range of topics I find genuinely compelling — from hypotheses at the frontier of current scientific literature, to the mysteries embedded in ancient history, to the art of world building. I do not have the luxury of devoting unlimited time to these topics — I rely instead on my arsenal of reason to craft arguments and designs that are carefully considered and, I hope, thought-provoking. I invite you to read critically, think independently, and follow the evidence wherever it leads.
