    *Note*

  • When I was in college, I was not allowed to lift heavy. That was my coach’s choice. Not mine. I trusted their experience and wisdom at that time, as we were the best in the nation.

  • I do not find the abuse of athletes in any sport amusing.

  • The achievements above came from my own personal and practical experience. A foundation built from decades of discipline in and out of the pool while growing up.

  • My only advice to a college-level coach: A male collegiate swimmer should train to do a Olympic Snatch at 135-155 lbs— one of the best full-body exercises for explosive power.

  • What do I listen to when I work out? I listen to my inner Co-pilot: a 2000+ lb. Battle Cat.

    For Orion!

  • Who is this stat sheet for? This is my middle finger to all those that thought I was just an average All American Athlete, who put a limit on my potential due to their lack of coaching skill. Who considered my talents a mistake, a satirical liberal joke, or a clown of faith in a Greek arena. Basically for those placed in positions of importance with no value system to speak of—people of high stature acting immaturely—who should know better than to mistreat a real world-class athlete for their petty electrical entertainment. I do not consider myself special, but some days I really wish I was Godzilla.
